Dr. Carano has been happily practicing chiropractic care for over 25 years. She graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree and then continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997. In 2006, she earned her Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Certificate, and the following year attended McMaster University to obtain her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certificate, successfully incorporating both modalities alongside her chiropractic practice in order for her patients to obtain optimal health. Dr. Carano uses both Hands On and Activator Methods Techniques when adjusting her patients and Cold Laser Therapy and Red/Infrared Light Therapy for soft tissue repair and facial rejuvenation.

As a proud mom of two wonderful boys, Jayden and Noah, Dr. Carano is a strong believer in providing the utmost in quality care for your entire family:  from the very young to the very young at heart, newborns to 90-year-olds! She feels that patients of all ages can benefit from chiropractic care, and tailors her approach through a variety of gentle techniques to accommodate each patient’s special needs.

Dr. Carano suffered from daily headaches throughout most of her childhood and adolescent years, and was finally able to find relief through chiropractic care. She's since been singing its praises! It's now her life's passion and privilege to share with others the benefits of her chosen profession.
