Enza graduated in 1996 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. Enza is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

 

With over 25 years’ experience, Enza brings a wealth of knowledge to The Wellness Group. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Enza offers a client-focused approach through various techniques.

 

Enza can offer a relaxation massage; however, her true passion is delving into the root of a patient’s pain with deep trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and deep tissue work.

 

Whether a patient presents with frozen shoulder, neck, or low back pain, Enza will get to the root of the problem.

When not at work, Enza enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with family and friends.
