Oatmeal & Almond Choc Chip Cookies
These cookies are full of fibre and simply delicious - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with chocolate chips (although you can replace those with raisins if you prefer those). They can also be made gluten-free and/or dairy-free if your diet requires that; use gluten-free all-purpose flour for the former and/or vegan butter and chocolate chips for the latter.
