SPORTS INJURY REHABILITATION & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Sport-specific rehabilitation aims to help athletes get back in the game. Personalized exercise programs are targeted at improving mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, endurance, and power in order for athletes to achieve maximal performance in the sport that they love. Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, suffering an injury can have a devastating effect on your quality of life. It is, therefore, important to recognize the early signs of injury and seek appropriate treatment as soon as possible. Sports injury rehabilitation effectively treats both acute and chronic conditions and helps athletes return to normal function.
Sports injuries don't end the moment that they're healed; the threat of re-injury is tremendously high during the period following the initial injury. To ensure that you return to the activities that you love as quickly and safely as possible, sport-specific rehab is critical after a musculoskeletal injury. Education regarding appropriate pre- and post-game stretching routines are also emphasized to enhance activity performance.
